What if?

A Dark Day.

What if out of your country's entire population only 530 individuals, 404 men and 126 women, were allowed to cast votes in the presidential election? That is exactly what some of your country's government representatives are advocating. There are currently 530 US Members of Congress.  If that Congress can vote to overturn the results of your election, those 530 votes are all that counts.  In this election 155 million individuals cast votes,  155 million cast votes whittled down to 530 counted votes. Does that sound like government of the people, by the people, for the people?

I’ll be so glad when this is history.

I'm ashamed to even admit that I used to be Republican. They left me behind a long time ago. Trump isn't even a Republican, but since there weren't any Republicans that were worth running, they let him have it.
