Merry Christmas to All My Family

Last year I made family calendars with birthdays and aniversary dates from my genealogy program and had them printed and put together for my sisters. This year Hannah Lee Aday has taken up so much time that I have not gotten much Christmas done. I have made time for the important things like playing with the grandkids and let other things go. However, this morning I found time to make the calendar with our days and upload it here
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~powell/calendar/

I had to redo the calendar because of my computer crash. At Helen's request, dead people do not appear on this calendar and I have, I think, fixed it so obscure relatives do not force our immediate family to the bottom of the page by deleting days for a few far removed cousins. I also had it put in full names, since several of our family actually are known to us by their middle name.

Since Helen did not want dead people on the calendar, Mom and Dad and their aniversary will not appear on the calendar. Mom was born Jan. 24, 1921, Grandma Powell was Jan 18, 1891. I think Grandpa Powell was April 1, 1883. Daddy was July 25, 1915 and Mom and Dad were married on May 16, 1937. Grandma and Grandpa were married on April 16, 1911. If you want these dates, you can write them in. You can blame Helen for this.

Enjoy your do it yourself Christmas!!

UPDATE: Crazy Sister Helen did not like her calendar cause it did not have Debbie Lee on it. Now we have two calendars, one with only living and one with everybody. They are both in the same directory, take your pick, or take both. Do it your way...

Hannah is HOME!!

Grandma is taking a couple of days off to make sure she is held and spoiled. She is lying in the sun here cause she still has a 'little' jaundice.

Aunt Patsy made her a quilt. Later, I will take a picture of baby and quilt.

Thanks, Aunt Patsy for the quilt. It is very pretty and it looks a lot like the one you made for Robert.

Robert ignores t he baby. He thinks it is a doll, and boys do not play with dolls.
