Doctor said the same thing Betty said. Take it easy, put a wrap on it, take Aleve an Ice it. He said it is soft tissue damage, not bone or cartilage damage. He said I would not be hiking on our trip an it will probably be better by the time we get back. I may not go back to work until after we get back from vacation.
Emmy going along will be a big help.
