A Sunny Day Along Dry Creek

I whined until I got George to take the tractor down and break the ice for the horses. He said there was not need because they would eat snow. Cows do not eat snow, but maybe he is right. The horses did not even go down to see what he was doing. He said the ice was about an inch and a half thick.

It is supposed to be about 10 degrees in the morning and go on down to 5 degrees as the day progresses. It is back to work tomorrow. Only 3 days and then another week end. And the best news; Monday is is supposed to rise above freezing.
