Today I am taking the girl shopping in Branson for her birthday. When I asked what she wanted she did not have an answer. So, I am going to let her buy her own present.
They go back to school tomorrow, but I have Monday off. Dec 5 I will have worked for this company 30 years. I had 3 day to take before that date. I was thinking the other day, over half those years have been in my current job. It doesn't seem that long.
Robert doesn't take to shopping like hannah, but he is going anyway.
Yesterday was a beautiful day, almost like late summer. Today is going to be cooler but still ok.
I am going to look for a vest to wear on my trip. I need one with zipper pockets. If I don't find one I like, I am just going to wear the one I have.
Greg is supposed to be finishing his Montana job and heading fir ohio. Just in time for the wint r r storm.

We had what they literally called a blizzard today...accumulation was at 6” tonight...I am just not a snow person. Saturday no coats...then woke up to this mess. Mike to Sam to work at four then they let him off early at 7:30...Mike drove our newer Volkswagen that has 4 wheel drive. I was so hoping to get down to see you all before winter set in.
Sure hope you had fun shopping in Branson yesterda.
Here in the Kansas City area, we’re in the deep freeze and snowed in, with slick roadways. One of the benefits of being retired is that we don’t have to leave home for anything. I was sort of happy to see snow, but I worry about relatives having to brave the bad roads going to work.
