This is my blooming rose of sharon. I have 3 others, but over the years shade has overtaken their area so they hardly bloom if at all. This is about the third year for this one and it is blooming pretty well. I love these bushes but no one else around here appreciates them. There used to be several growing at the house down the lane from me, but they have all been chopped down by that disgruntled guy that lives there. Someone just did not raise him right. I think it is his father's fault.
