Obituary for John Henry Collins
JOHN H. COLLINS, a resident of Green Forest, Arkansas, was born September 19, 1946 in Osage, Arkansas, a son of Henry and Ruth (Fultz) Collins. He departed this life Thursday, September 18, 2014 in Springdale, at the age of 67 years.
John worked for several years as a computer programmer in Springfield, MO then later as a farmer.
He is survived by five siblings: Ruby and husband Gerald Snelson of Bakersfield, CA, Howard Collins and wife Sharon of Green Forest, AR, Sharon and husband Freddie Stewart of Green Forest, AR, Linda High of Terrell, Texas and Brenda and husband Bob Taylor of Green Forest, AR; sister-in-law, Maxine Collins of Berryville, AR; several nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts; and a host of other friends and loved ones.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ruth Collins; one brother, Harold Collins; one brother-in-law, Tom High; three nephews, Pat Collins, Barry Snelson and Henry Taylor; two infant nephews, Brian Stewart and Gary Stewart; and one great-niece, Whitney Collins.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 17, 2014 at Nelson’s Green Forest Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service

BIOGRAPHY
Allen Eugene Villines, age 67, of Green Forest, AR passed away Tuesday September 17, 2014. The son of Gene Villines and Arbie Nell (McGhee) Villines was born April 30, 1947, at Harrison. As a young man, he was known for his mischievous nature as well as his big smile and fun character. He was a 1965 graduate of Green Forest High School.
Allen loved to fish, hunt and spend time outdoors. He was a truck driver most of his life and had been employed for Smothers and Sons Trucking of Green Forest and had worked a number of years for Powell Farms in Green Forest.
He is survived by his wife Twyla (Andreski) Villines of the home, daughter, Tanisha Bryan and husband Jeff of North Carolina, Tara Walker and husband Aaron of Idaho, son, Eric Hurst of Exeter, MO and one sister, Sydney Martin of Berryville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Jeremy Villines as well as one nephew, Joshua Demere.
Celebration Of Life Services will be 6:00 PM Monday, September 22, 2014 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest, AR with Pastor Billy Williams officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00 PM before the service begins.
