There was a walnut tree growing on Grandpa Maples grave. Helen asked who planted it. I told her the tree planted it. All we had was a little 3 foot shovel, but Helen cut the tree down with the shovel. I told her we should come back another with better tools, but she would have none of that.

i am glad you took a photo of Janet's grave. i didn't go so hadn't seen it after SAM put on flowers.
I shared the photo of Helen at her Great Grandfather's grave on ancestry, soon others will add it to their trees. She will be famous for removing a tree from her tree!
