Snow day, January 24 2026

 Start of the deep freeze.

At 7 am it was 10.9. Has now climbed to 11.8, got down to 10.8 before starting back up. I haven't looked at the detailed outlook, too depressing.

This is a energy supply for my phone, a present many years ago from Sister Helen.  I charged it up last night in case we loose electricity I can still have a phone.  I've  never actually had to use it, but JIC.

I fed the birds. I put put feed in the feeders, but they prefer seeds scattered on the railing, the deck and the table. I give them their favorite, black oil sunflower seeds.
