I just thought
Patsy now probably has the most up to date computer of all the sisters. I know me and Betty both have HP's that are older than Patsy's so I am sure her's is bigger. I know her monitor was about 5 inches bigger than mine.

Cold, blowing snow, it has warmed up to 12 degrees this am
It was 9 degrees about 6 am. This is my winter wear. My coat is a $2 thrift shop London Fog coat that I love. Erin said it would show dirt, and it does, but it is completely beautifully washable which makes it a great work coat. It is very light yet warm. This was a very good $2 investment. The hat is one Betty made for me at least 20 years ago. I have worn it many winters. The ones you buy now are tight knit and tight fitting so they are not nearly this warm. The boots are expensive boots Betty gave me. Her daughter bought them for her so I am not supposed to tell about them. They did not fit her. They are tight on my left foot, but I still like them. They will be good for today. We have to go to Harrison to make son's car payment. I want to go anyway to see if I can find some curtains or curtain material. I am ready to put up new curtains in my new room, even if I do not have it finished. Laura Jean told her mother that she needed to get things for her windows that she could throw in the washer because otherwise the window coverings would not get cleaned. In may ways me and my sister are the same. Cleaning is not high on my list of priorities.
Junior was here yesterday and this is what he was up to.
I think this is dangerous, but they thought it was fun.
This is how my girl had to dress to go out in the cold so her father could risk her life. She could hardly move. If she had fallen off the 'sled' she would have bounced with all this padding.
So glad sister is back online. God bless Kelly. Betty, he wants a hat like mine without the knot on top.
God bless Missy of the big heart.

A Sunny Day Along Dry Creek
I whined until I got George to take the tractor down and break the ice for the horses. He said there was not need because they would eat snow. Cows do not eat snow, but maybe he is right. The horses did not even go down to see what he was doing. He said the ice was about an inch and a half thick.
It is supposed to be about 10 degrees in the morning and go on down to 5 degrees as the day progresses. It is back to work tomorrow. Only 3 days and then another week end. And the best news; Monday is is supposed to rise above freezing.

Today
Is very cold, starting off around 10 degrees and going all the way up to around 20 degrees, but at least the sun came out and it looks much brighter.
The Molder place taken from my deck. Yesterday, I did not even go outside, although I did open the front storm door and take a few pictures.
Today, I walked out on the deck and took some pictures, but did not venture farther.
The sun shinning on the snow.
George fed lots of birds yesterday and today, but if he feeds any tomorrow, he will have to refill the feeders. Cow birds came yesterday and today and emptied all three feeders.
I am off work until Thursday. Yesterday I worked and watched George work. Today, played on the web. I had a file that I had downloaded a year or so ago that I could not install and could not delete because of an error message. I decided I will get rid of it today. After a few hours searching, I found a little free program to download that helped me delete the undeleteable.
Sunday, George grilled steaks in the cold, yesterday I warmed up leftovers, but today I am cooking pork chops, potatoes, biscuits and gravy for supper. George would cook for me if I would settle just for the pork chops. When he cooks, he cooks one thing only. If you want anything other than the main course, you have to do that yourself. So, I am just cooking the whole thing myself. I was going to make him take me somewhere to eat today, but with this weather, I am not willing to go.
I am grateful things are looking sunny for us today. Not everyone is so lucky.
