dead people stuff

I have the day off because I go for my yearly doctor check up today instead of work.  I have been playing on the computer looking for very dead people.  I have put up a version of the old Carroll County site, but need to do much more work on it.  This is the URL for the site https://sites.rootsweb.com/~hunters/
Betty says this link leads her to a 401 file.  It works for me on all 3 of my computers and my phone.  So I do not know why it does not load for her.
