This week's Bible Study Verses:
Philippians 4:19
{4:19} But my God shall supply
all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
To me, this means that God will take care of me. He is in control, not me.
No need for me to worry.
To me, this means that God will take care of me. He is in control, not me.
No need for me to worry.
II Corinthians 12:9
{12:7} And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. {12:8} For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. {12:9} And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. {12:10} Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in

To me, this means when I am weak is when I lean on Him
most, so I am strong in Him when I need him most. When I think I am strong and
depend on my own resources, I am weakest because I am not leaning on His
strength.
I Corinthians 10:13
{10:13} There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it.
{10:13} There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it.
To me, this
means that the things that happen to me [or you] are ‘common to man’, or things
that can happen to anyone, but have faith that God will take care of you and He
will. Rely on Him, and he will provide a
way.
Romans 8:28
{8:24} For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? {8:25} But if we hope for that we see not, [then] do we with patience wait for [it. ]{8:26} Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. {8:27} And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God.
{8:28} And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
{8:29} For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. {8:30} Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. {8:31} What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us? {8:32} He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? {8:33} Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? [It is] God that justifieth. {8:34} Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. {8:35} Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? {8:36} As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. {8:37} Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. {8:38} For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, {8:39} Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

To me, this is just saying again that He will take
care of his own. If He gave his Only Son
for us, how would he then not take care of us?
He is in charge. We need not worry ourselves about our little inconveniences
here on earth. Someday, we will see all
and know all and understand all. Although,
this study picks out the one verse, to me, all these verses need to be studied
together to really understand verse 28.
John 10:28
{10:26} But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. {10:27} My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: {10:28} And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. {10:29} My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father’s hand. {10:30} I and [my] Father are one.

To me, this is saying His sheep are saved and shall
never be taken from Him
Hebrews 13:5
{13:15} By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of [our] lips giving thanks to his name.

Thank
God.
