We see these 3 together quite often.  I think it is a mother, her yearling from last year, and our fawn from this spring.

We got the best rain we  have had in over a week, but it is hot and humid now and supposed to be really hot this coming week.  I am looking forward to fall weather.

Sister's Deer Trap

This is Helen's contraption she builds around her tomatoes each night to protect her favorite fruit. It is ugly, but it works. As brother's camera trap did not. we kept it up 3 nights in a row and only captured cars on the road. I may try to put it up tonight in a better location to get a wider view.

Today, I am going to buy a few groceries on my new ride. I really like the keyless entry. I truly hate locking my keys in a vehicle.
