Tomorrow is Richard's birthday. He would be 82. He did not make it to 70.
Sisters are celebrating today at The Old House. His daughter is planning on joining us. I plan on giving her this photo. Mama gave it to me years ago. Mama said the reason it is crackled is that his father carried it in his wallet on Iwo Jima.
I am giving her this one also. I am not sure if we have this anywhere else on the net, so I am putting it here for save keeping.
