Tuesday, I walked to the Coin Bridge and it looked like this, about 6.5 miles round trip.
Wednesday, was a beautiful day in the 60's. I walked in short sleeves with a jacket on my waist, just in case. I went here to the Y just past Pedens, turned down towards Mathas' and just kept going.
The barn off to the right on this road. I do not know who owns this, but I think when we were kids it was the Erwin place.
Mathis white house in the distance.
Calen's branch by Mathis' barn.
The house a little closer. There were two old men sitting on the porch.
The old rock house.
Calen's Branch at the bottom of the red dirt hill, going up to the red barn. It was a little over 7.5 miles round trip. My feet hurt at Church that night.
Hannah's picture of the yellow blooms. She has bouquets all over the house.
At Helen's house. The heat is off there for now. Supposed to be 70 today.
Fields are greening up already, and the trees in the distance are twinged red with buds.
Babies are all over the place.
Yesterday, I walked to the Coin Bridge and it looked like this.
And this.
Hawk watching.
Our Girl.
And, Thursday, I got my hair kinked. Friday I went to Harrison and got groceries, and ordeal. Yesterday, I took the kids to the library to get books and a movie. Robert got 2 documentaries about the Titanic.
Today is Church day. Greg is working today, so he won't be home, but next weekend, he is supposed to have a 2 day weekend.
I have reached my 25 mile weekly goal this month and I am at mile 244 for the year. I need to make up 6 miles for my 100 miles a month goal, but it is supposed to rain latter in the week, so I may not make that this week. I may go for a walk in a bit, and since Grandpa is going to Church with us, I may walk home from Church. We will see.
We will be asking for special prayers for Winnie again today. Godspeed.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Clayton is an expert on the titanic. Fascinated by it. Robert should come over and he can tell him allllll about it
Well, I have been worried about u getting washed away crossing a creek and ending up 100 miles downstream.
Sun is out today. I love seeing it.
If you washed downstream would that count as mileage on your walk
I finally slept better last night...I chose not to push it and go to church today...trying hard to stay ahead of the discomfort...thank you all for the loving concerns...this too shall pass hopefully soon.
I am glad Winnie is feeling better. And so glad Greg is at his new welding job. I sure hope he likes it.
