Lane helped Grandpa work on the driveway by driving the tractor back from the creek.
They would haul the tractor down to the creek, get a load of gravel. Grandpa would drive the truck back and Lane would drive the tractor. Unload the gravel.
Then turn around and back to the creek. I think they hauled 3 loads. Grandpa says they need to get some more sometime in the next month before Lane has to go back to school.
The driveway is much improved.
That is a pair of road workers indeed. Reminds me of that music for o brother where arth thow? where they are working on the railroad and you hear the steady beat of the movers. Gramps and Lane are movers of rock.
