And you will hear some people at work screaming and cussing at me. We are having another big audit a week from Tuesday, election day no less. There is more to do than we can possibly get done. I had vacation scheduled for all next week. Boss asked me to come in next Thursday and Friday and I will. Plus I am going in Wednesday, so I am only off Monday and Tuesday, but they are really going to miss me. I even left several of the ordinary things we get in email each day unfinished today. Management has to work each day till they get everything done. I am supposed to go home when my 40 hours is up. I did work a little over time this week, but now I am gone.
If anyone from work calls, I am not available to come to the phone right now, as Patsy says.

New shoes for MeMaw
Not. I went to Harrison after work today to look for a pair of work tennis shoes for me. I did not find any that felt comfortable, so I but this instead. Do you think these will fit me? You can't see it in the picture, but the pants have 3 little buttons down each leg along the bottom. The jumper is corduroy and the shirt is a full shirt, not just those set in false shirts that I hate. I got it all at JCP on sale. It is for her birthday, December 2nd will be 4 years old. Can't believe that.
Been working, working, working getting ready for another audit, but I am taking Monday and Tuesday off, so I get a 4 day week end.

My lucky day
Today, I thought I was going to have to go to Junior's after work and take care of Emmy until he got off work, but she went to her mother's and I got to come on home after work. I had a sink full of dishes to wash, but when I got home, George was finishing up the last of the dirty dishes. Now, the cousins are here cutting hay so George is down there helping. I brought home chicken for supper so I do not have to cook tonight.
I am set for the evening. Maybe I will read a book.
And, no that was not ice in the picture from the other day. That was the sun glistening off the condensation on the table top. It did make a pretty picture.
